Questions about this visit
Can the visit happen while my parent is home?
Yes. Most do. Your parent can sit with us, stay in another room or go out. We ask each time and follow what they say.
Can we start monthly and move to every two weeks?
Yes, by text, at any time. Willa confirms the change in writing and the new quote before the next visit.
What if the day has to change?
Tell us 24 hours ahead if you can. Willa will find the nearest day that keeps the same two people.
