Privacy policy

This is a sample policy. The owner replaces it with the one that fits the business before publishing.

What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, where you live, who the visit is for, the neighborhood or ZIP code of the home, and anything you write in the message.

How we use it

We use it to call or text you about a first visit and to plan it. If you become a client, we also keep how we get into the home and the family contact for notes. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Your parent's details

We hold only what a visit needs. We do not contact your parent until you or they say so, and we do not take photos of them.

Asking us to remove it

Text or call the family line, or email hello@verandahomecleaning.com, and we will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. We keep invoices as long as the law requires.
