Season openings and homecomings
Open the house before they arrive, and close it when they go
Many of our families have a parent who is in Sarasota for the winter, or coming home after time away. We get the house ready, so the first night back is a quiet one.

Good to know
Before we arrive, and what we leave alone
What helps us

Give us a way in, and say who else has a key
Tell us anything the house needs before the first night
What we do not do
Move heavy furniture or lift anyone
Give personal care, medicines or meals
Use ladders, or clean mold, pests or hoarded rooms
Run errands, shop or drive
Board windows, move patio furniture or prepare for a storm
Questions about this visit
Can you open the house when we are out of state?
Yes. A lockbox, a hidden key or a neighbor who lets us in all work. You will get a text when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you do infection control or medical set-up?
No. We clean floors, surfaces and linens. We do not disinfect for medical reasons, set up equipment or make a home care-ready. A home-care agency can help with those.
Can you close the house before a storm?
No. We clean. We do not board windows or move outdoor furniture, and we can suggest who does.
Plan the opening or the homecoming
Tell Willa the date and how we get in, and she will write it down and confirm it with you.
