In order
How the visit goes
- 011
Step 1: We ask first
Your parent says what we may wash and what we may throw out.
- 022
Step 2: The bed is stripped and washed
We use your parent's machine, or ours if they prefer.
- 033
Step 3: The fridge is done last
We check dates with your parent, and keep anything they want to keep.
- 044
Step 4: Everything is put back
Linens go to the bed or closet, and the fridge goes back as it was, only cleaner.
- 055
Step 5: A note to you
A list of what is low or was thrown out, so you can send groceries.

Questions about this visit
Will you throw food out without asking?
No. We ask your parent, item by item if they want, and keep a list in the note of what was thrown away.
Do you use my parent's washer?
Yes, unless they prefer we take the linens. Fragrance-free detergent is available on request.
Can this be a one-off?
Yes. Many families book it once, before a visit from the grandchildren or after a stay away.
Book fresh sheets and a clean fridge
Tell Willa what your parent would like done and she will fit it into a visit or book it alone.
