Pricing
How we price a visit
No figure on this page, because a one-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house are different jobs.
What moves the number
The size of the home and how it is lived in. These matter most:
Bedrooms, bathrooms and the lanai
How often we come: weekly, every two weeks, monthly
Pets, stairs and how much is on the surfaces
Extras like the oven, windows and laundry
What the quote includes, and what it does not
It lists the visits, the rooms and the extras you chose. It leaves out supplies you ask us to buy, repairs, and time beyond what was planned.
What happens on the first call
Willa asks about the home and your parent, and works out the time. She does not quote from a photo alone.
Who pays, and how
You do, from anywhere. We invoice the family contact after each visit, on the card or bank account you keep on file. We never ask your parent for cash or a card at the door.
If the plan changes
If a visit needs more time than planned, we text you before we spend it, and the extra is written down in minutes. We do not add it without telling you.
When you get the number
In writing, after the first call and before the first visit. If your parent wants to meet Willa first, that comes before the number.
An example
A walk-through, not a figure
This is how a quote for one home gets built. The questions are the same for yours.
- 011
Step 1: A two-bedroom villa in Gulf Gate
We ask how long it has been since the house was deep cleaned, and whether your parent has a cleaner now.
- 022
Step 2: Every two weeks, on a Tuesday
We ask which day suits, and whether your parent likes to be out or at home.
- 033
Step 3: One small dog
We ask where the dog likes to be, and whether it is used to visitors.
- 044
Step 4: A lanai and a pool cage
We ask which of those you want done each visit, and which you want left.
- 055
Step 5: The oven, once
We ask if you want that as an extra on the first visit or saved for the deep clean.
Ask for a written quote
Willa builds it with you on the first call, and sends it before anything starts.
