Deep clean
A deep clean, paced so your parent is not worn out
Once or twice a year the house needs more than a regular visit. We plan it as one long day or two shorter ones, whichever is easier on your parent, and we book the spring ones early.

In order
How the visit goes
- 011
Step 1: A call to plan the days
We ask which rooms matter most and how long your parent likes to be on their feet.
- 022
Step 2: A room at a time
We finish one room before starting the next, so the house is never all upside down.
- 033
Step 3: Breaks built in
Your parent can sit anywhere we are not working. Nothing is moved without asking.
- 044
Step 4: A walk-through at the end
We go through the house together and note what was left for another visit.
- 055
Step 5: A text to the family
What was done, what was left and what we would suggest for next time.

Questions about this visit
How often should a house have a deep clean?
Once or twice a year suits most homes; Willa will ask how the house is lived in and suggest. We start booking April deep cleans in the winter.
Is it very noisy or disruptive?
A vacuum and a bit of moving around, nothing more. If noise is hard on your parent, we plan quiet rooms first.
Do you move furniture?
Only light pieces, with your parent's say, and they go back. Heavy furniture stays where it is.
Book a deep clean for the spring
Tell Willa when your parent is at home and when they would rather be out, and she will plan around it.
